This UPDI & TTL Programmer for RJ12 Tag-Connect offers versatile programming functionality with adjustable 3.3V and 5V output levels, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of microcontrollers. Designed to work seamlessly with Tag-Connect cables as listed below.
UPDI stands for Unified Program and Debug Interface It's designed to make programming modern ATtiny chips very easy because it has 3V or 5V power and logic select, power and transmit indicator LEDs.
Examples of UPDI programmable devices include ATtiny816, ATtiny817 and ATtiny1616 chips.
Works with the Arduino IDE on PC and Mac seamlessly.
This UPDI/TTL compatible board makes programming such chips very easy:
- Select between 3V or 5V power and logic - the 3V regulator can source up to 500mA so it can run even big projects.
- Select between UPDI mode or TTL mode using the switch. - This is a 1K SELECTABLE Loop-back Resistor between RX and TX.
- CH340E USB Serial converter chip with cross-platform drivers
- USB Type C for data and power connection to any computer
- 0.1" spaced breakout holes for custom connections.
- Green PWR OK LED, RX and TX lights. Plus and ACT light! - Debug communication issues with your microcontroller using the on-board LEDs.
This programmer is compatible with the following Tag-Connect cables:
- TC2030-MCP-NL
- TC2030-MCP-NL-10
