Welcome to Avant-Garde Labs. We specialize in ruggedized laptops, tablets, industrial electronics, and related accessories designed for demanding environments. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2 business weeks after payment is received.
- Custom-configured systems, bulk orders, or specialty items may require additional processing time.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout based on your location and product availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected delivery speed
- Insurance requirements for high-value electronics
Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders and regions.
Signature Requirements
Due to the high value of ruggedized laptops and electronics:
- We reserve the right to require signature confirmation on any order for security purposes.
International Orders
We ship to select international destinations.
Customers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Customs fees
- Brokerage charges
These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
Please note that some ruggedized or encrypted devices may be subject to export restrictions depending on destination country regulations.
PO Boxes & Freight Forwarders
- Some products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes due to carrier or insurance restrictions.
- Orders shipped to freight forwarding companies are sent at the customer’s risk once delivered to the forwarding address.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are packaged carefully and may include shipping insurance for loss or damage in transit.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and product immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep all original packaging materials for carrier inspection if required.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility may transfer to the customer. However, we will assist in filing carrier claims when applicable.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Unsecured delivery locations
- Delays caused by carriers or customs agencies
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your shipment leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Restricted Items
Certain batteries, rugged equipment, or hazardous-material components may have shipping limitations based on carrier regulations or destination country laws.
