The light bar breathes white for a few seconds as it boots, then turns solid green when the hotspot is ready.
Any phone, tablet or laptop can be connected. The password is printed under the device.
The library home page lists every archive onboard. Search works offline, full-text. Full internet like experience accessing website resources, but completely offline.

The Mini V2 runs a hardened access point with a 50-foot open-field radius. Twenty-four clients can read, search and stream video from the library at once — the onboard server saturates Wi-Fi before it runs out of headroom.
