This device has been engineered with sustainability and repairability in mind so anything you're looking for it available here for purchase. 

SD Card Instructions:

On an approximately yearly basis we offer updated memory cards that can be easily swapped. These updated memory cards will allow you to update your device with the latest information available in the fastest way possible. These memory cards also include software changes that may resolve bugs with your device. 

If you’ve recently placed an order this offering is the same data as all currently shipped ACID V2s and ACID Minis. 

Note: These are NOT compatible with any other device and are designed to only work with the ACID Mini or ACID Laptop hardware.

This item will include step-by-step instructions to perform the upgrade.

Battery Instructions:

This is a drop in replacement for the ACID Mini hotspot. Instructions will be provided in order to swap the battery.

Battery life less than 3 hours? Consider it may be time for a battery replacement. It's good practice to change the battery every 5 years or sooner depending on usage and storage. (It is best to store a battery with less than 80% battery, but greater than 50%)

A battery is considered worn out if it surpasses 500 full cycles or about 2000 hours (2.8 years @ 2 hours per day) of usage. Once either of those are met, expect the battery to have degraded by 80% or more. At this point a battery replacement would be recommended. 

Time to complete the battery swap should take about 15 minutes.
